Stay Out of the Sun
Every time you let the sun shine on your face, you are allowing UV rays to attack your skin and damage it. This damage is what causes your skin to tan. When your skin develops that gorgeous glow, it is throwing a protective pigment over your skin in order to try and protect it from these damaging rays, but by the point you are golden bronze, the damage is already done. So the next time you look in the mirror, feel a bit pale, and consider heading outside or to a tanning salon to put a bit of color in your skin, think again. That so-called “healthy” tan is actually a sign of permanent damage done to your skin, which will only make it age and wrinkle faster. Pale skin is healthy skin. Therefore, stay out of the sun as much as you can. If you do have to expose yourself, wear sun block and a hat in order to protect your skin from those damaging UV rays. Your skin will age more slowly, which means that it will stay elastic for longer and wrinkles will therefore take longer to form.
