Stop Smoking
Due to the amount of suction you have to use when you smoke, smoking cigarettes causes you to very swiftly develop wrinkles around your mouth, which have a severely aging effect. Apart from this, the effect of the smoke itself on your system is nothing short of disastrous. The amount of toxins you take in with every drag causes your body to age much more quickly than normal. These toxins cause your skin to lose elasticity, which will make it wrinkle. Even if you don’t smoke, exposure to second hand smoke can also have a negative impact on your skin. If you have to be around smokers, there isn’t much you can do to avoid breathing the smoke in. However, by regularly cleansing and moisturizing your face throughout the day, you will at least mitigate the drying effects of the smoke. Smoke dries out your skin, which makes it less elastic and more prone to wrinkles. If you want to prevent wrinkles and reclaim that youthful glow, stop smoking and stay away from second hand smoke whenever possible.
